If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product less shipping costs. All Items must be returned in original condition without changes (e.g. taking set out of zipper bags). In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 7 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges if applicable.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures. Egyptian Cotton Kingdom is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requested. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Claims reported after 7 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Egyptian Cotton Kingdom at no charge. Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.
SHIPPING
Shipping worldwide is a flat rate of $40. Shipping with US $9.99.
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). On the rare occassion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our New York warehouse. All orders for Australia are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays. For large orders we use Fastways courier service or for smaller orders we use Australia Post.

CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
