What shipping method do you use?
For USA and Canada and worldwide we use UPS, DHL, USPS ground shipping depending on the weight of the total order. For Australia we use Fastways Courier or Australia Post.
Do you offer rush deliveries?
In most cases our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from time of ordering. If there is a need for a rush delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I care for my bedding once I have purchased?
We suggest for most bedding and towels products to wash on a gentle cycle of cold water with like colors. For comforters we recommend to spot clean or dry clean. Each product has specific instructions, please make sure to read all care labels before washing any product.
