I have wasted so much money on "Egyptian cotton" sheets lately. I haven't been able to find true quality "ELS" and have been less than excited about my previous purchases. JMB showed genuine concern and communicated progress reports to me regularly. I was going to have to wait a further 12 months until my husband next visited Canada from Australia to collect the sheets. When all reasonable avenues of getting the sheets to me sooner had been exhausted JMB generously offered me a complete reimbursement for the order to compensate for me now having to wait to see my sheets.
