All Orders for US are a flat rate - $9.95.

For all large order over $600 or multiple sets we must be contacted for a quote for shipping costs before placing an order. 

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $35.00 
Shipping to 'Armed Forces Americas', 'Armed Forces Pacific, is a flat rate of $25.00.

Shipping to Alaska is a flat rate of $35.00

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shiping time.  Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. 

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please contact us for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

All our products are warehoused and shipped from our warehouse in Cerritos CA USA.  We normally ship all in stock items the next business days from the time your order is received. On the rare occasion that we don't have the item in stock we may source it elsewhere and it may take up to 1-5 days for before being shipped.   If you are unsure of delivery times and need to know if it will shipped next day please contact us and we will be able to inform you as to whether you item will be shipped the next business day.  Orders for US and Canada are usually shipped via UPS Ground and we occasionally use USPS and FedEx.  Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone but in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed.  If an item is temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, and we are unable to source it elsewhere we will contact you to let you know the item is "out of stock" you can then choose to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse or you can request you money back.  

Please note:  All items purchased from Egyptian Cotton Kingdom are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to UPS, USPS or FedEx whichever is applicable.  Tracking details will be sent to you once the applicable shipping agency has receipt of you parcel therefore it is in your best interest and your responsibiliy to keep a track of delivery time. 

Orders to Canada 

Any order that is shipped outside the US is considered an International Order.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country.  Since Egyptian Cotton Kingdom does not collect any of these fees, we can not predict what these charges will be.  You will need to contact the Post Office in your country for more information. 

Orders to Armed Forces 

'Armed Forces Americas', Armed Forces Pacific, is sent by USPS Priority Mail at $25.00 per order.  

Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $5.00 UPS correction fee.  UPS assesses this fee so please make sure of the information you're about to submit.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our Egyptian Cotton Products, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receipt
less shipping costs and a refund will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal Account.  The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving package.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in an exchange.  We do not refund shipping charges unless product is faulty.

Returns when 'Free Shipping' Applies

If you have purchased a product when our Free Shipping promotion is in place you will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s).

No credit is given for lost return packages and none returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

All Items must be returned in original condition without changes (e.g. taking set out of zipper bags). Once an item has been taken out of the bag and unfolded it is unsalable and none
returnable. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered, or soiled.  Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of any bedding including: Sheets, Duvets, Comforters, bed skirts and pillow cases for refund or credit.  If a product is not suitable and you wish to return it you must contact us within 5 days for the warehouse to confirm the return and we will then supply you with the address to be shipped directly to our warehouse for restocking.  We can only guarantee our products for returns if these instructions are strictly adhered to.  In the unlikely event that you need to return a product because it is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 5 day you will then be given return instructions as you will need to be issued with an authorization number to be included with your return shipment.   RMA# must be on the outside of the packet as well as on all documentation. Any returns without a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee.  Any questions in regards to returns please contact our friendly customer service any time.

If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a damaged box along with a damaged product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc.


All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures.  Egyptian Cotton Kingdom is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requestion.  Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a refund.  Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Egyptian Cotton Kingdom at no charge.  Please read the care label sewn onto your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if laundry instructions have not been adhered to and product has been damaged during the wash.


Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
