All our products are warehoused and shipped from US. We normally ship all in stock items the next business days from the time your order is received. On the rare occasion that we don't have the item in stock we may source it elsewhere and it may take up to 1-5 days for before being shipped. If you are unsure of delivery times and need to know if it will shipped next day please contact us and we will be able to inform you as to whether you item will be shipped the next business day. Orders for US and Canada are usually shipped via UPS Ground and we occasionally use USPS and FedEx. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone but in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. If an item is temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, and we are unable to source it elsewhere we will contact you to let you know the item is "out of stock" you can then choose to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse or you can request you money back.
Orders to Canada Any order that is shipped outside the US is considered an International Order.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Since Egyptian Cotton Kingdom does not collect any of these fees, we can not predict what these charges will be. You will need to contact the Post Office in your country for more information.
Orders to Armed Forces
'Armed Forces Americas', Armed Forces Pacific', is sent by USPS Priority Mail at $19.98 per order. This cost is what USPS charge.
Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $5.00 UPS correction fee. UPS assesses this fee so please make sure of the information you're about to submit.
