Free Shipping for a limited time to Canada and Australia for all Orders over $150.00! 

We normally ship all in stock items within 3-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders for US and Canada are usually shipped via UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed).  On the rare occassion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.  All orders for Australia are shipped from our Australian warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  However, if we do not have the stock available in our Australian warehouse then it will be shipped from US for the same shipping cost we are offerring for a limited time. (see below)  For large orders we use Fastways courier service or for smaller orders we use Australia Post.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
